Digital Millennium Copyright Act
24x7earning respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 24x7earning will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
Authorization
An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Identification
Identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing material's location.
Statements
Good faith belief statement and accuracy statement under penalty of perjury.

Please allow 1-3 business days for an email response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our Internet Service Provider will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being properly filed.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to promptly terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
